Biographies of those doing the workshops

Terra Hatch Sargeant--Healthy Mind,Healthy Body-Creating a Balanced Lifestyle 


Amidst the challenges of raising a family of seven, including packing them up and moving across the country and back every summer for the past 15 years, Terra has perfected the balancing act of maintaining a healthy weight and living a healthy lifestyle!

Terra is a Certified Health Coach through the MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education.  She specializes inteaching healthy habits that balance your life in more ways than one. These daily habits create more energy, help lose weight, de-stress, and produce a better quality of life. She has discovered that helping others find balance in their own lives to be very rewarding for her and those she coaches.

This small town girl was born and raised in Idaho. She currentlyresides in Rexburg with her husband and five children.  Terraenjoys traveling, experimenting in the kitchen, making favorite recipes healthier for her family, and reading a good book now and then. One of Terra’s favorite things to do each year is visit the E.I.S.F.  She’s been coming since she was just a little girl. Now her children look forward to the fair, when they can share one of their mother’s favorite treats, the Tiger Ear!
